On my 30th birthday I challenged myself to write a tune every day for the rest of the year. I now have a huge folder filled with everything from little ditties to full compositions. Most of music from the Matuto and Entre Nous records were pulled from this work and this is another tune that rose to the top of the pile. It draws from my earliest influences in Rock and Jazz Music and felt like what might be the theme song for a school of sharks sweeping across the ocean floor, striking fear in the hearts of whatever unfortunate prey might cross their path.
